The 30-day Rumpus promise

If it isn't working for your dog, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is on us, and there's no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email brayden.parker003@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. Once the return is on its way, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund it, your pick. No need to send it back.

The fine print

• Items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the condition you received them.
• For hygiene reasons, used or opened potty and hygiene goods (diapers, belly bands, wraps, training and pee pads, poop bags) can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Email us as soon as you can.
